Product Description XM-25 / UNS S45000 / Custom 450
Corrosion resistance: containing 14% -16% chromium, 5% -7% nickel, and 0.5% -1.0% molybdenum, it can resist acidic media and high-temperature oxidation corrosion, suitable for chemical equipment and marine environments.
Precipitation hardening performance: By solid solution treatment (1050-1100 ℃) and aging treatment (480-620 ℃), the hardness and strength are significantly improved, meeting the requirements of high stress components.
Physical stability: Density of 7.93 g/cm ³, low coefficient of thermal expansion, excellent dimensional stability at high temperatures, suitable for precision instruments and high-temperature fasteners.
