Product Description
 

XM-19 / UNS S20910   Stainless Steel provides a combination of corrosion resistance and strength not found in any other commercial material available in its price range,is a highly fabricable, highly weldable, nitrogen strengthened, austenitic stainless steel

To achieve maximum hardness, use cold working. Because of XM-19's high tendency toward work hardening, process anneal the work piece after forming to relieve stress.

XM-19 / UNS S20910   has very good mechanical properties at both elevated and sub-zero temperatures. And, unlike many austenitic stainless steels, XM-19 does not become magnetic when cold worked.

Corrosion resistance: Resistant to chloride stress corrosion cracking (SCC), pitting corrosion, and seawater erosion, suitable for offshore platforms and chemical equipment.

High temperature stability: Excellent antioxidant performance, suitable for long-term use in high temperature environments below 649 ℃.

Processing performance: supports cold heading, welding, and forging, and can maintain stable performance without annealing after welding
