High temperature resistance and oxidation resistance 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV /  13Cr11Ni2W2MoV
It can work stably for a long time in a high temperature environment of 550-600 ℃, with excellent resistance to creep and high temperature oxidation, and is suitable for key load-bearing components such as aircraft engine blades and turbine disks.
Containing 10.5% -12% chromium and 1.5% -2% tungsten, forming a dense oxide film, significantly improving material stability under high-temperature environments.
Mechanical performance advantages
Tensile strength ≥ 735 MPa, yield strength ≥ 885 MPa, possessing both high strength, toughness, and fatigue resistance, meeting the mechanical requirements of precision components in the aviation and energy fields.
After oil quenching at 1000-1020 ℃ and tempering at 200-500 ℃, the hardness can reach HRC 32-40 and the cross-sectional shrinkage rate is ≥ 50%.
Processing adaptability
Good welding performance, it is recommended to use argon arc welding or laser welding. After welding, stress relief annealing is required to eliminate the risk of cracking
